Merge™ Super-User Training
The Super-User course provides foundational training on the Merge™ model of care, the evidence behind Merge™, practical tools and strategies to deliver Merge™, and monitoring and maintaining sustainability of the intervention. It prepares you to be a Merge™ leader and provide enhanced support to colleagues as they integrate parents in the care of their infant in the NICU.
Format: eLearning modules
Continuing Education Units: 4 hours maximum
Audience: neonatal intensive care providers (nurses, physicians and allied health) and trainees
